As the Estate Agents in South Africa are representing the sellers though, we highly recommend contacting a Buyers Agent. Buyers Agents solely represent the wishes and needs of the buyer and will search a property in accordance to the buyers budget and wishes.
If a property has already be chosen, one might think the need for a buyers agent will not arise. There are many properties though, that have land-claims on them or where the contract made by the estate agent should be double checked by the buyers agent. Furthermore, they will try to get you a better deal on the property and give you the best advice about buying you new home.
